INCIS works in any browser.  In most browsers, it will work without any user adjustment. 

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), you may need to adjust your security settings in order to get past the login screen.  The error message you receive may not indicate this clearly, or you may be redirected to the login screen without an error message at all.

To adjust your security settings in IE7, click on “Tools,” then on “Internet Options.”  When the dialog box opens, select the “Security” tab, and set the security level to medium, as shown below:

Click “OK,” and you should have no problems logging in to INCIS.
